This 330,000-square-foot refrigerated foods warehouse and distribution center was the first project developed in Foundation Park in northwest Sioux Falls. Win Chill is a full-service warehouse that’s used for blast freezing, freezer and refrigeration warehousing and distribution. It’s full rail access along with its location near the intersection of Interstate 90 and Interstate 29 made it an ideal location for customers.
The asset was sold to a buyer in December 2020.
