Brian Bauer
Bauer, JD, MBA, LLM, is a tax-planning, business and real estate attorney who specializes in purchase transactions, commercial and residential real estate leases and real estate development including planning, zoning and land use issues. Bauer has a bachelor’s degree from Augustana University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota (USD), a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree (JD) from USD School of Law and a Legum Magister (LLM) Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the University of Denver School of Law. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of South Dakota and is an adjunct professor of law at the USD School of Law. Bauer brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each Legacy Development project from the due diligence phase to the actual development and management phases of each project.

Brianna McLaughlin
McLaughlin is a licensed Broker Associate with Legacy Development and Consulting Company, LLC. In addition to her commercial brokerage responsibilities, she also provides property management services across LPM Property Management's commercial portfolio. Prior to her commercial roles at Legacy and LPM she worked as a residential property manager at LPM.
She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in psychology from South Dakota State University. In her free time, she enjoys water-skiing and serves as Camp Director for Camp OnAqua at Catfish Bay in Sioux Falls.

Cain is a seasoned business executive with a strong record of success in marketing, management and public relations. He holds degrees in business administration and marketing and has proven success in managing large accounts with expert skills in communication with individuals of high net worth. Cain manages Legacy’s investor relations department and serves as the primary liaison between our valued clients and our partners. For investors or for someone interested in investing, he is often the first point of contact and is a wealth of information on our current projects. Cain does a phenomenal job managing day to day investor expectations and needs.
