The building is home to urgent care, rehabilitation services and administration for the Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital system. It is a two-story, 32,000-square-foot facility.
This project was a competitive bid process where we competed successfully against local and regional developers, and we have a long-term lease with Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital.
The building is located at a busy intersection of 85th Street and Minnesota Avenue in growing area of southern Sioux Falls.
