The Jefferson Heights Apartment community is a 6-building, 171-unit complex that sits near Maple St and Marion Rd. It will include 42 one-bedroom apartments, 36 one-bedroom +den apartments, and 93 two-bedroom apartments, all with stylish 9-foot ceilings.
Additional amenities and features include a pool, community room, fitness center, and dog run, as well as 60 garage stalls and 24 storage closets available for lease.
The first apartment building is expected to open in the Fall of 2024.
