Legacy Development was selected as the developer for Gage Brothers’ new office location in 2800 N. Bahnson Avenue near Interstate 229 in northeast Sioux Falls. The new, 14,000-square-foot, two-story office building for the century-old company features a customized precast floating staircase and ample lighting with splashes of the Gage color palette throughout.
Gage Brothers also opened a new, $40 million, state-of-the-art precast concrete production facility. The 210,000-square-foot plant is located next to the new office and consolidated machinery and employees into a single facility spread across five acres.
