Legacy Development & Consulting Company is assisting DGR Engineering with a new office building in eastern Sioux Falls. Construction on the new 16,000-square-foot building at Dawley Farms near Veteran’s Parkway and 26th Street is underway, with an anticipated occupancy in the fall of 2022.
Founded in 1952, DGR Engineering employs about 150 professionals in three tri-state locations. The company provides civil and site development services, water/wastewater, electrical power, and aviation engineering, as well as providing engineering support services including landscape architecture, land acquisition, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and land surveying. The proposed office building allows DGR Engineering to continue to grow and expand staff and services by more than doubling its office space.
