A second building at Roundabout Office Park is under construction this summer along highly visible 69th Street and Southeastern Avenue in Sioux Falls. The 3,880-square-foot building is pre-sold and is on schedule to be completed by the end of August. Earlier this year, the first building was complete, and Renew Counseling Services now occupies just over 2,500 square feet of the 5,010-square-foot building. The building is also under contract for purchase.
“Our plan is for up to eight office buildings between 3,880 square feet to 5,116 square feet to be located at the development,” Norm Drake, manager of Roundabout Partners LLC and CEO of Legacy Development & Consulting Company, LLC. “This area is seeing steady residential growth, so there is a lot of interest from businesses who want to locate near rooftops.”
The office park is intended to be a mix of owner-occupied and leased space. Construction on a third building at the office park will likely begin late summer or early fall.
