The new JJ’s Axes & Ales opened July 8 in its new home at BridgeView Crossing next door to JJ’s Wine, Spirits & Cigars. JJ’s Axes & Ales moved into the 3,095-square-foot suite from their former location near 57th Street and Western Avenue. This was the final vacant suite at BridgeView crossing.
“We are excited to offer this brand of entertainment, especially so close to our flag ship store,” said Tom Slattery, owner of JJ’s Axes & Ales and JJ’s Wine, Spirits & Cigars. “We feel that the synergy will be able to provide with ourselves and with our cotenants is going to provide long lasting benefit to BridgeView crossing development.”
JJ’s Axes & Ales made a few modifications to safely open including smaller group sizes, asking all patrons to wear a cloth face covering except when in their designated throwing area and additional cleaning and sanitizing in between groups.
“BridgeView Crossing is in an ideal location for so many businesses that have chosen to operate here,” said Norm Drake, Legacy Development & Consulting Company, LLC CEO and manager of Copenhagen Real Estate Holdings, LLC. “The visibility along busy I-229 and 57th Street has definitely been a draw for these tenants, and it’s been a great development for us.”
JJ’s Axes & Ales joins five other tenants at BridgeView Crossing: Creative Surfaces Countertop & Tile and the Cambria Gallery, Tan on Demand, Ag Resource Management, Elegant Nail Bar and MK Suites.
