Hello, as a valued resident, the LPM Property Management team has some important reminders for you as we approach June.
RENT PAYMENTS
We once again ask you to please utilize our online rent payment system for upcoming June rents. If you are not already set up for online payments, please contact your property manager or call our offices at 605-444-0400, and we will help you. If you cannot pay online, please mail your rent payment to our office: LPM Property Management, 101 S. Main, Suite 400, Sioux Falls, SD, 57104 or contact your property manager for options. Brentwood Apartments residents may also utilize the on-site payment drop box.
FINANCIAL RESOURCES
There are still resources available if you are experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19. The One Sioux Falls Fund was established to help residents in the Sioux Falls area (Minnehaha, Lincoln, McCook and Turner counties) pay rent if they lost hours/wages due to COVID-19. The One Sioux Falls Fund is currently processing funds for those who are still in need, and the fund is still available for first-time applicants, but applications must be submitted by May 31.
If you are a first-time applicant, you can apply online through an online application that is available here or you can call the Helpline Center at 211.
If you have previously received money from the One Sioux Falls Fund, please do not reapply. Instead, please call the Helpline Center directly at 211, and they will help you with your request.

OFFICE HOURS
Our main LPM Property Management office and our on-site residential management office at Brentwood Apartments remain closed to in-person visits without an appointment. We will be expanding our in-person availability in the weeks ahead, and we will let you know as that changes. Our team is still here to answer your questions over the phone, and our emergency number is also still staffed after hours. Please continue to stay safe during this unique time and do not hesitate to contact us at any time if you have specific questions.
