Long-term tenant begins build-out in Security National building

The Legacy Development and LPM Property Management teams have relocated to Suite 101 in the Security National Building at 101 S. Main Avenue. The team had operated out of Suite 400, until a long-term lease was signed with United States General Services Administration who will occupy the entire fourth floor later this year. The United States General Services Administration has submitted their notice to proceed with construction, and the build-out will begin before the end of the summer.

“This is going to be a fantastic space for them in one of the most historical buildings in downtown Sioux Falls,” said Norm Drake, President & CEO of Legacy Development & Consulting Company, LLC and manager of Dillinger, LLC.

Also, in the mixed-use building, CPM Fitness has moved out of their space along Main Avenue, and their lease ends July 31. Marketing and brokerage efforts are currently underway to fill that space, and the space has been shown to multiple potential tenants.

Occupancy of the residential units is currently at 100%.
