Equity Square in downtown Sioux Falls will soon have two new tenants. IP Horgan recently signed a lease to move into the vacant 1,665-square-foot space on the first floor, and Brodie Wellness Center will move into 1,313-square-foot location on the third floor. Both are expected to occupy their spaces by this summer.
Brodie Wellness Center features hyperbaric chambers, sauna, massage therapy and IVC infusions. IP Horgan is an intellectual property law firm.
The four-story, 56,000-square-foot building along Phillips Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls only has one remaining space for lease on the third floor.
“We are seeing steady interest in that third-floor location, and we expect to have more details in the near future on who will occupy that space,” said Brianna McLaughlin, Broker Associate with Legacy Development & Consulting Company, LLC. “We are also seeing increased interest in the 7,300-square-foot space on the first floor that’s currently occupied by the Area Census Office for Census 2020 operations in South Dakota which will be available near the end of this year after the census is completed.”
A few blocks away in the Historical National Security Building, the Expedition League, an elite summer college wood bat baseball league that’s coming to Sioux Falls this summer will use the former Baseball Seams location as their headquarters. The team will play at Karras Park at Ronken Field on the Augustana University campus. CPM Fitness has announced they will move out of downtown this spring, and brokerage efforts are currently underway to fill that space.
