There continues to be demand for office space in Sioux Falls in 2020. Three of the eight sites at Roundabout Office Park have been sold, and discussions are underway with two parties for additional sales. The development sits along highly visible 69th Street and Southeastern Avenue in Sioux Falls, and the office park is intended to be a mix of owner-occupied and leased space.
Construction on the third building at the office park started this fall, and it should be complete by April 1, 2021. The eight buildings will range in size between 3,880 square feet to 5,116 square feet.
