Roundabout office park leases first building

The tenant for the first building at Roundabout Office Park located near 69th Street and Southeastern Avenue is Carroll Institute, which is leasing 2,500 square feet for its Renew Counseling Services. Renew Counseling, which is currently near south Minnesota Avenue, will offer a variety of individual, family and marital counseling services and plans to open this winter.

“The southeast area of Sioux Falls, by all accounts, is predicted to grow, as well as ease of access from both Southeastern Avenue and 69th Street,” Carroll Institute executive director Gary Tuschen said in a recent media statement.

“The office park is intended to be a mix of owner-occupied and leased space,” said Norm Drake, manager of Roundabout Partners LLC and CEO of Legacy Development & Consulting Company, LLC. “The plan is for up to eight office buildings between 3,880 and 5,000 square feet which can each be split between two businesses.”

There continues to be good interest by other businesses looking to expand or relocate to the Roundabout Office Park.
