Construction crews have started groundwork for new office buildings at 69th Street and Southeastern Avenue in Sioux Falls. The $6.6 million, 33,300-square-foot development near GreatLIFE Performance Center will feature eight, one-story office buildings that range from 3,900 to 5,000 square feet. Two buildings will break ground this summer, and the remaining buildings will start construction next year.
“We expect these buildings to be occupied by a variety of businesses from law firms, accountants, engineering firms, small businesses and more,” said Norm Drake, Legacy Development & Consulting Company, LLC CEO and manager of Roundabout Partners, LLC. “It’s a great location in southeastern Sioux Falls for any business looking to expand or relocate to part of the city.”
The buildings will be for sale or lease, and the first businesses who plan to move to the location are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
“We’ve had great interest already in the office park,” added Drake.
