A new tenant has moved into the historical Security National Building and another new lease has been signed for the vacant space along Minnesota Avenue.

Along busy Main Avenue, Suite 111 has been leased to a new fitness user. Coast 2 Coast Fitness is expected to occupy the space by the end of the year.
In addition to the popularity of the commercial space, the residential units at the property continue to be attractive to tenants wanting to live downtown. The residential unit occupancy is 100% through the month of October.
