Equity Square continues to be a sought after building in downtown Sioux Falls. JTC Trustees recently completed an expansion of their suite on the third floor. The buildout of their additional 1,000 square feet wrapped up in August, and they have moved into the added space.
On the first floor, the U.S. Census Bureau will vacate their space on January 14, 2021. The space is being actively marketed at this time, and there is already strong interest.

“We’re very confident this space will fill quickly either with one or possibly two tenants splitting the 7,339 square feet,” said Norm Drake, manager of Riverview Square, LLC and CEO of Legacy Development & Consulting Company, LLC. “The views from this suite are difficult to match in downtown Sioux Falls.”
On the third floor, only two spaces remain available – one at 1,885 square feet and the other at 1,313 square feet.
