Prescott Place Apartments began construction in January 2021 on a vacant property at 417 S. Second Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls. The 46-unit, five-story building will include 39 one-bedrooms units and seven two-bedroom units.

Featured amenities will include a community room, underground and surface parking, fitness center, dog wash station and a shared patio.  Prescott Place Apartments will open August 2022.
