Historic Security National Bank Building
101 S. Main Avenue, Sioux Falls SD
This iconic and historical nearly 55,000-square-foot building built in 1916 became famous in 1934 when the Security National Bank was robbed by John Dillinger and his gang in a brazen daylight heist.
Today, the completely renovated mixed-use, seven-story building has 30,000 square feet of residential, office and retail space in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls. It is home to a well-known Sioux Falls law firm as its anchor tenant, and it also consists of 13 loft apartments with underground parking and fantastic views of downtown Sioux Falls.
