This was a ground-up development for a 41,000-square-foot athletic, rehabilitation, clinic and fitness facility in southeast Sioux Falls at 69th Street and Southeastern Avenue.

The building is completely leased to four tenants, GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness Club, Orthopedic Institute, Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital and OI Performance. 

All four tenants signed ten year leases with multiple options to renew.
